In this time of celebration of victory in the City of Los Angeles, we must keep in our thoughts those who are still fighting for their lives in Federal Court. The next Federal Case to be heard is the case against Aaron Sandusky. As President of G3, Aaron is facing 10 years to life for operating a Prop 215 compliant collective in Upland, California.
On Tuesday October 9th 2012, 7:45am,
supporters will collaborate for a rally and court support action for Aaron.
We will gather at the US Courthouse on Spring Street in Los Angeles to show support and share information on jury nullification..
G3 Holistic vs Upland CA case is still in reviewed by California’s Supreme Court alongside the Inland Empire Health and Wellness Center, determining cities’ right to ban cannabis clubs. On Nov 01, 2012, the day before their case was reviewed by the 4th District Court of Appeals, G3 was raided. Aaron Sandusky along with 5 Co-defendant were later arrested on July 14, 2012 by the Federal Government. All 5 co-defendants have taken plea deals, leaving Aaron and his attorney, Roger Diamond, to fight for Aaron’s freedom.
If favorable, could be a monumental case for medical cannabis. Federal presence has been pungent in the Inland Empire for the past 12 months. It will be a powerful message for supporters to show themselves at the courthouse Tuesday morning, let’s show the judge and jurors that there are still people that stand behind the cannabis movement.
With respect to the sensitive nature of this hearing, we ask court attendees to wear a Dress shirt or appropriate attire, as a gesture of respect on the defendant, Aaron’s behalf.

A Message From Aaron Sandusky
Dear G3 Members,
I’d like to begin by thanking each and every one of you for being a part of G3 Holistic as a member. During the time that G3 was operating I learned alot about myself, met some incredible people and made new friendships that will last a life time. Life always changes directions on us and its how we handle those changes that determines who we become. I am very proud to have been a member of G3 Holistic and will cherish the experience of being a part of something bigger than any one of us. We are a family that sometimes falls on hard times but when all is said and done, an incredible loving family and I wouldn’t change a thing.
I want you to know that I will never give up! As you all have come to realize its not in my nature. I have made many promises to members who are no longer with us in body but I know they are with us in spirit. And in these trying times we must stick together and stand for what we believe in. We owe it to our brothers and sisters, who have paid the ultimate price to protect the rights we enjoy as americans, to fight for what is right. Nothing is easy and we will win in the end.
I hope you will come and stand with me in court and show them they may try to take one, but they can’t take us all!
